Customer Workflows

Case Studies

Common scenarios we solve for marketplace sellers, DTC brands and B2B importers.

Real operating scenarios

Not generic logistics: specific problems, specific warehouse actions

These examples show the kind of work a seller can send to our Katy warehouse when they do not have a local U.S. team.

Amazon Seller

Closed SKU relabeled for a new FBA plan

Inventory became unsellable under the old Amazon listing. The seller created removal orders to our warehouse. We received cartons, checked quantities, replaced SKU/FNSKU labels and prepared the sellable units for a new Amazon inbound plan.

Returns Recovery

Returned goods inspected before disposal

Instead of abandoning customer returns, the seller routed them to us. We separated unopened, lightly used and damaged units, repacked good units and helped recover inventory that could be sold again.

TikTok / Temu

Bulk stock turned into daily parcel orders

The seller shipped inventory in bulk to Texas. Each day we processed order files, picked units, packed parcels, applied shipping labels and handed shipments to parcel carriers.

Shopify Brand

Branded packing for independent-store orders

Products were stored locally, then shipped with inserts, custom labels and gift-ready packing. This helped the brand create a more professional U.S. customer experience.

B2B Importer

Container split into multiple receivers

A full container arrived for one importer. We unloaded, sorted cartons by receiver, rebuilt pallets, applied labels and coordinated parcel/LTL distribution to multiple U.S. addresses.

Package Forwarding

U.S. purchases consolidated and forwarded

International customers shipped U.S. website purchases to our warehouse. We consolidated packages, removed extra packaging where appropriate and forwarded the combined shipment.
